 eers respond with clarity\, empathy\, and consiste
 ncy—while staying within their role. This training
  is meant to affirm the important work volunteers 
 already do and provide additional tools to navigat

  or conversation\, but they often remember how adu
 lts made them feel. This closing session explores 
 the lasting impact volunteers can have through con
