 engthening their relationships with teens by explo
 ring healthy boundaries and common teen behaviors.
  Together\, we’ll look at how typical adolescent d
 evelopment and past experiences can shape how teen
 s communicate\, react\, and engage with adults. Th
 e session offers practical guidance to help volunt
 eers respond with clarity\, empathy\, and consiste
 ncy—while staying within their role. This training
  is meant to affirm the important work volunteers 
 already do and provide additional tools to navigat
 e challenging moments with greater confidence.\n \
 n \n \n Many volunteers are naturally drawn to hel
 ping\, but effective support is different from sol
 ving problems for teens. This training focuses on 
 empowering youth while maintaining healthy boundar
 ies. Participants will learn how to guide\, encour
 age\, and support teens without becoming responsib
 le for fixing every challenge they face.\n \n
